• To make it easier to ensure the course just right for each candidate.

• To get Associates thinking analytically about what they want to achieve.

• To encourage associates to critique before they start the course – unhindered by any preconceptions of ‘Advanced Driving’.

• To be used by your Observers to tailor the course for you.
