Observer Steven Taylor has decided (due to wok commitments) to hang-up his clip-board and retire from observing. Steven became a ‘Local Observer’ in August 2016. The Chairman and Committee would like to thank Steven for his service to the Group and wish him well for the future.
Stalwart Observer Frank Rigby has decided to hang-up his clip-board and retire from observing. Frank joined the Group during the Summer of 2012 after serving Wigan Group as an Observer.
